Many thanks to South Centre, Geneva for publishing an Article on the United Nations Intergovernmental Process that envisions the Global South countries to have a fair chance to articulate their own individual and collective viewpoints, encourage them to fully participate in the intergovernmental negotiations, which is expected to lead to an equitable global tax policy.
